After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Comfort Home Health Care Group, Inc. d/b/a Comfort Health (Comfort Health), Minnesota, agreed to pay $16,456.34 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Comfort Home submitted claims for services provided by an unlicensed individual.
