Charles D Hunter Agreed to Pay $10,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting Claims for Non-Covered Services
On June 29, 2022, Charles D. Hunter (Hunter), Rocky Mount, North Carolina, entered into a $10,255.52 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that Hunter submitted claims to Medicare for specimen validity testing (SVT) in conjunction with claims for urine drug testing when SVT was a non-covered service.
