Carr Indicts Caregiver for Neglect of Disabled Adults in Savannah Group Home
CHATHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA – Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr today announced that his Medicaid Fraud and Patient Protection Division has obtained a new indictment in Chatham County charging Latisha Blake-Ulmer, 50, of Savannah, with three counts of Neglect of a Disabled Adult.
