CADH Multiservices Was Excluded for 20 Years

Effective July 24, 2026, OIG excluded CADH Multiservices Inc. (CADH), Hollywood, Florida, from participation in all Federal health care programs for a period of twenty years under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7). The exclusion was imposed based on CADH’s submission of claims for wound care services purportedly furnished by a family medicine physician who had no association with CADH and did not provide the services as claimed, including services purportedly rendered to deceased beneficiaries.
