Baltimore Man Sentenced to Prison for Armed Commercial Burglaries and a Home Invasion Robbery
Baltimore, Maryland - U.S. District Judge J. Frederick Motz sentenced William Metcalf, age 39, of Baltimore, today to __ in prison, followed by _ years of supervised release, for conspiracy to commit bank burglary. Judge Motz also entered an order requiring Metcalf to pay restitution of $75,000. The sentence was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. McMullan of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives - Baltimore Field Division; Special Agent in Charge Nicholas DiGiulio, Office of Investigations, Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services; Otis E. Harris, Jr., Special Agent in Charge, Coast Guard Investigative Service, Chesapeake Region; and Commissioner Anthony W. Batts of the Baltimore Police Department.
