Baltimore County Home Health Aide Charged With Felony Medicaid Fraud And Theft
BALTIMORE, MD (February 16, 2023) – Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown today announced that Jemina Saka, 32, of Street, Maryland, was indicted on felony Medicaid fraud and felony theft for submitting time sheets indicating that she was providing home health services to a Medicaid recipient when she was not in the State of Maryland at the time.
