Attorney General Masto Announces Conviction of Medicaid Provider
Las Vegas, NV - Nevada Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto announced today the sentencing of Cornell Horn, 52, of Las Vegas, for Medicaid fraud. Horn pled guilty and was sentenced for one gross misdemeanor offense of attempting to submit false information in a Medicaid application by District Court Judge Michael Villani. Judge Villani sentenced Horn to 364 days in jail, suspended, and payment of $30,000 in restitution, penalties, and costs.
