Attorney General Laxalt Announces Sentencing of Medical Equipment Provider

Las Vegas, NV - Nevada Attorney General Adam Paul Laxalt announced that Oluwole Adegboruwa, 45, of Las Vegas, was sentenced this week for submitting false Medicaid claims for delivery of medical supplies. A jury found him guilty of felony and gross misdemeanor offenses of false Medicaid claims, theft, intentionally inadequate records and unlawful use of another's personal identification. The fraud occurred between October 2008 and December 2009.
