At Home Medical Professionals Agreed to Pay $46,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting Claims that Misidentified the Rendering Providers

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, The Traveling Nurse Practitioner, LLC d/b/a At Home Medical Professionals (TTNP), Ohio, agreed to pay $46,981.62 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that TTNP submitted claims to Medicare and Ohio Medicaid that indicated the incorrect rendering provider.
