Amsterdam Medical Practice Agreed to Pay $433,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting Claims for Audiology Testing Services that Were Improperly Supervised

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Amsterdam Medical Practice, PLLC (AMP), New York, agreed to pay $433,602.53 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that AMP submitted claims for services for vestibular autorotation testing and elctronystagmogram testing that did not meet Medicare guidelines.
