Amerihealth Solutions and Leosvany Nunez Corrales Were Excluded for 20 Years

Effective August 18, 2026, OIG excluded Amerihealth Solutions Corp (Amerihealth) and Leosvany Nunez Corrales (Corrales), Miami Springs and Miami, Florida respectively, from participation in all Federal health care programs for periods of twenty years each under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7). During all times relevant to the exclusions, Corrales owned Amerihealth as its President. OIG imposed the exclusions based on Amerihealth and Corrales submitting and causing the submission of false claims for hyperbaric oxygen therapy services and supervision and provision of the drug Spravato when the family medicine physician listed on the claims had no association with Amerihealth and did not provide the services as claimed.
