Alachua County Personal Care Assistant Arrested for Abuse of a Disabled Adult

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- Attorney General Pam Bondi's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and the Alachua County Sheriff's Office today announced the arrest of a Personal Care Assistant for abuse of a disabled adult. According to the investigation, Marcus Bernard Woods, 52, inflicted physical injury on an assisted living facility resident while employed as a Personal Care Assistant at CoWorkers, Inc.
