Alachua County Home and Community Based Service Provider Arrested for More Than $65,000 in Medicaid Fraud
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.-Attorney General Pam Bondi's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and the Alachua County Sheriff's Office today arrested Christopher A. Days, 43, for more than $65,000 in Medicaid fraud. Days, the owner of Better Days of North Central Florida, LLC., allegedly defrauded the Florida Medicaid program by overbilling, billing for services not rendered and failing to properly document for services rendered for several Medicaid recipients.
