AG’s Office Indicts Bowling Green Pair for Defrauding Medicaid
Attorney General Russell Coleman announced today an investigation led to the indictment of two people for defrauding the Medicaid system. A Warren County Grand Jury indicted Chandra Branch, 56, and Evans Mitchell, 67, both of Bowling Green, with two counts each of Devising or Engaging in a Scheme to Defraud the Kentucky Medical Assistance Program of $1,000 or more (Class D Felony). Additionally, Chandra Branch was charged with seven counts of Forgery in the Second Degree (Class D Felony) and one count of being a Persistent Felony Offender in the Second Degree.
