AG Pruitt Charges Two Texans with Medicaid Fraud

OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt filed charges against Orlando Glenn Rayfield, of Arlington, Texas and Trevor Allan Gordon, Jr., of Grand Prairie, Texas for the billing of therapy sessions that never occurred.
