AG Koster files criminal charges in Jackson County Medicaid fraud cases
Jefferson City, Mo. - Attorney General Chris Koster announced today that two Kansas City residents, Charles Lindsey, 41, and Marita Jordan, 27, have been charged with felony counts of Medicaid fraud and stealing by deceit for billing Medicaid for personal care attendant services that were never provided. The Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit is assisting Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney Jean Peters Baker in the prosecution.
