AG Koster announces St. Louis personal care attendant sentenced for Medicaid fraud
Jefferson City, Mo. - Attorney General Chris Koster today announced that a judge has sentenced personal care attendant, Yvonne Conley, 55, of St. Louis, to three concurrent five-year prison sentences. The execution of those sentences was suspended, and Ms. Conley was placed on probation for five years and ordered to pay $25,000 to Missouri's Medicaid program. Ms. Conley's sentencing comes after her May 10, 2016, guilty pleas to two class C felonies of Medicaid fraud and a class C felony of stealing by deceit.
