AG Koster announces prosthetist who defrauded Medicaid and Medicare sentenced to 15 months in federal prison
Jefferson City, Mo. - Attorney General Chris Koster announced that certified prosthetist, Theodore Deininger, Kirksville, was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison today in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Deininger's sentence follows his guilty plea to four counts of health care fraud involving Medicaid and Medicare. The court sentenced Deininger to 15 months for each count, to run concurrently.
