AG Koster announces Medicaid fraud settlement to return $50,000 to Missouri Medicaid program

Jefferson City, Mo. - Attorney General Chris Koster announced today that he has reached a settlement with Victor's Home Care Services, LLC, of St. Louis, for submitting false claims to MO HealthNet, Missouri's Medicaid program. The agreement required Victor's to pay $50,000 to the state's Medicaid fraud reimbursement fund.
