AG Koster announces Medicaid fraud indictment

Jefferson City, Mo. - Attorney General Chris Koster announced today that a St. Louis County grand jury has returned an 11-count indictment against Corrine A. Dale. The indictment alleges that Dale, a licensed professional counselor in the St. Louis area, stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Missouri Medicaid program by falsely billing and receiving payment for counseling services she never provided. The charges in the indictment include eight counts of felony Medicaid fraud, one count of identity theft, and two counts of stealing by deceit.
