AG Koster announces judgment against St. Louis County woman for Medicaid fraud

Jefferson City, Mo. - Attorney General Chris Koster announced today that a consent judgment against Loretta Baskin, 53, of St. Louis County, for submitting false claims to Missouri's Medicaid program.
