AG Conway Announces Arraignment of Powell County Woman on Exploitation Charge

FRANKFORT, Ky. - Attorney General Jack Conway and his Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Control Unit today announced the arraignment of a Powell County woman on one count of knowing exploitation of an adult over $300. Bobbie Creech, 30, was indicted by a Clark County grand jury on Dec. 11, 2014, and arrested on Jan. 9, 2015. She was arraigned this morning in Clark Circuit Court.
