After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Ability Plus Home Healthcare, Inc. (Ability Plus), Michigan, agreed to pay $47,082.60 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Ability Plus billed Medicare for services provided by a nurse who did not have an active nursing license.
