After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Abbott House, New York, agreed to pay $12,510 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Abbott House submitted claims to Medicaid for one of their Health Care Integrators, when no services were actually provided.
