Omenihu Oluikpe Agreed to Pay $50,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting Upcoded Claims

After he self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Omenihu Oluikpe (Oluikpe), New York, agreed to pay $50,000 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Oluikpe submitted or caused a pharmacy he owned to submit claims to Medicare and Medicaid for only the base of compounded medications when he actually dispensed compounded medications made with bulk powder.
