Review of Medicaid Payments to Excluded or Terminated Durable Medical Equipment Suppliers in Florida During Calendar Year 2009

The Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration did not make payments to durable medical equipment (DME) suppliers that had been excluded from the Medicare or Medicaid programs. However, it made payments totaling $231,000 ($127,000 Federal share) to 31 DME suppliers that were terminated from the Medicare program during 2009.
