Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center (the Medical Center) incorrectly billed Medicare for 1,700 units of service for Myozyme, rather than Lumizyme, for each of the 2 line items we reviewed. As a result, the Medical Center was overpaid a total of $484,000.
