Review of Wisconsin Physicians Service Insurance Corporation Medicare Payments to Providers Terminated Between January 1, 2003, and January 31, 2007

Wisconsin Physicians Service Insurance Corporation had not recovered $149,000 in overpayments made to three providers for 1,193 claims that were not eligible for payment because the services were provided on or after the dates that the providers were terminated from the Medicare program.
