Review of Pension Costs Claimed for Medicare Reimbursement by Cooperativa de Seguros de Vida de Puerto Rico for Fiscal Years 2007 Through 2009

Cooperativa de Seguros de Vida de Puerto Rico (COSVI) did not claim $140,000 of pension costs that were allowable for Medicare reimbursement for fiscal years 2007 through 2009. COSVI administered Medicare Part A operations under cost reimbursement contracts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services until the contractual relationship was terminated February 28, 2009.
