Issued on  | Posted on  | Report number: A-01-09-00609

Report Materials

The Medicare demonstration project reimbursed States for drug costs and related administrative costs incurred during the transition to Medicare Part D. Dually eligible beneficiaries are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.

In addition, the State did not claim drug costs to the Medicaid program and the Medicare demonstration project. Accordingly, this report contains no recommendations.
