EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

This report covers the audit of administrative costs claimed by Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah for Part A and Part B of the Medicare Program for the Period October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1999.  For the period audited, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah claimed administrative costs of $4,915,861 for Part A and $9,339.688 for Part B.  There were no findings or recommendations as a result of the audit.
