National Government Services overpaid $326,000 for 330 Medicare payments for Neulasta injection claims submitted by six providers during calendar years 2004 through 2006. Because of our audit, Highmark Medicare Services, the current Medicare contractor for New Jersey, recovered $132,000 from four providers for 115 Medicare payments but stated that it could not recover the remaining overpayments.
