TrailBlazer Health Enterprises, LLC, overpaid $31,000 for 19 Medicare payments for Neulasta injection claims submitted by one provider during calendar years 2004 and 2005. Because of our audit, Highmark Medicare Services, the current Medicare contractor for Maryland, recovered $33,000, the total amount of the overpayments plus interest.
