Most Medicare Part B claims processed and paid by CGS Administrators, LLC (CGS) for therapeutic shoes furnished to beneficiaries in Puerto Rico did not comply with Federal requirements. For 62 of 100 sampled beneficiaries in our stratified random sample, CGS processed and paid claims for therapeutic shoes totaling $14,000 in unallowable payments to suppliers that did not comply with Federal requirements.
