NSpire Healthcare Plantation Agreed to Pay $51,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law for Submitting Claims for Services Provided by an Unlicensed Dietician

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, 6931 W. Sunrise Boulevard Operations, LLC d/b/a NSpire Healthcare Plantation (NSpire), Florida, agreed to pay $51,252.71 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that NSpire submitted claims for services provided by an unlicensed dietician.
