Florida Doctor Arrested for Prescribing and Selling Medically Unnecessary Controlled Substances
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.-Attorney General Pam Bondi's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, with the assistance of the Polk County Sheriff's Office and the Office of the State Attorney for the 10th Judicial Circuit, today announced the arrest of a Polk County doctor for Medicaid Fraud. Gregory Gooden allegedly sold prescriptions for controlled substances not medically necessary.
