Attorney General Alan Wilson Announces Sumter Woman Charged With Stealing From Resident At Assisted Living Facility

(COLUMBIA, S.C.) – South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that his office’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (SCMFCU) has arrested Annette Bolden Coard, 54 years old, of Sumter, S.C. for one count of Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult {43-35-0085 (D)} and one count of Financial Identity Fraud {16-13-0510(B)}. Coard was booked into the Sumter County Detention Center on April 5, 2024.
