AG Koster announces Medicaid fraud settlement with St. Louis personal healthcare provider

Jefferson City, Mo. - Attorney General Chris Koster announced today that his office has reached a settlement with DEW D Services, LLC, of St. Louis, for submitting false claims to Missouri's Medicaid program. Under the settlement, the in-home healthcare provider will pay more than $150,000 in restitution, penalties, and investigation costs.
