8 Arrested in Medicaid Fraud Conspiracy
Eight people have been arrested after it was discovered that a personal care services company conspired with its Medicaid recipients to steal Medicaid dollars, announced the Louisiana Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. The Donaldsonville-based licensed Medicaid provider, Majestic Home Care Services, LLC, owned by Latesha Taylor and operated jointly with her mother, Martha Taylor, repeatedly billed Louisiana's Medicaid program for services not actually rendered to Medicaid recipients.
