On-Site Imaging Excluded for Defaulting on Payment Obligations

On February 8, 2023, OIG excluded On-Site Imaging LLC (On-Site), Morganville, New Jersey, for defaulting on its payment obligations under a settlement agreement with OIG, wherein OIG alleged that On-Site submitted false claims for duplex ultrasound procedures.  On-Site’s exclusion will remain in effect until it cures the default of its payment obligations and OIG reinstates On-Site’s participation in Federal health care programs.  Senior Counsel Joan Matlack represented OIG.
