Hudson County Neurologist Charged With Illegally Using a Runner to Recruit Patients and Inflating Resulting Insurance Claims

TRENTON - Acting Attorney General John J. Hoffman and the Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor (OIFP) announced that a Hudson County neurologist was arrested today for allegedly paying a "runner" to bring him patients and then falsifying the nature of the treatment provided to those patients on claims to the insurance company.
