After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Clara City Care Center (CCCC), Minnesota, agreed to pay $75,000 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that CCCC employed an unlicensed registered nurse and that no Federal health care program payments could be made for times or services she furnished when she was not licensed.
