American Medical Center, LLC Agreed to Pay $21,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting Claims that Misidentified Rendering Providers

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, American Medical Center, LLC (AMC), Guam, agreed to pay $21,182 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that AMC submitted claims that misidentified the provider of the claims in order to obscure the fact that the rendering provider was not certified as a Medicare provider.
