AG Schmidt, Federal Authorities Crack Down on Home Health Care Fraud in Kansas

TOPEKA - (November 25, 2014) - Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services/Office of Inspector General have joined forces to crack down on home health care fraud in Kansas and have obtained their first criminal conviction from the joint operation, both offices announced today.
