Community Health Centers' Compliance with Grant Requirements of the Affordable Care Act
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act provided community health centers with $9.5 billion to support ongoing health center operations, create new health center sites, or expand preventive and primary health care services at existing health center sites. We will determine whether community health centers that received funds pursuant to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, § 10503, are complying with Federal laws and regulations. The review is based in part on requirements of the Public Health Service Act, § 330, and Federal regulations.
