Executive Summary

Donor Network of Arizona (DNA) did not fully comply with Medicare requirements for reporting organ statistics and related costs in its fiscal year 2009 Medicare cost report. As a result, DNA overstated Medicare's share of organ procurement costs by an estimated $8,500.
