Review of Oxaliplatin Billing at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center for Calendar Years 2004 and 2005

For calendar years 2004 and 2005, Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center billed Medicare for an incorrect number of service units for the six oxaliplatin outpatient claims that we reviewed and received overpayments totaling approximately $167,000.
