Indiana Underreported the Federal Share and Did Not Accurately Report All Medicaid Overpayment Collections

For years 2009 through 2011, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning, underreported the Federal share of Medicaid collections to be refunded to the Federal Government by approximately $3 million and did not accurately report approximately $377,000 of the Federal share of Medicaid collections.
