Ohio Properly Obligated and Liquidated Targeted Funds Under the Child Care and Development Fund Program

Of the $23.9 million of child care and development targeted funds that we reviewed, the State agency complied with Federal requirements for the obligation and liquidation of the full amount of the targeted funds for fiscal years 2007 through 2009.
