The State did not report Medicaid overpayments in accordance with Federal requirements. For Federal fiscal years (FY) 2006 through 2007, we estimate that the State did not report Medicaid overpayments totaling approximately $721,000 ($427,000 Federal share) in accordance with Federal requirements.
